The Imperial Theater offers opera, ballet and live drama less than three miles away. Paine College is three miles from the property. Built in 1902, this Greek Revival home was built by the founder of North Augusta, S.C. The home features 50 foot columns and a veranda overlooking manicured lawns and a fountain.
