Location. The Sea Pines Resort is located on the southernmost point of South Carolina and warmed year round by the gulf stream. Hilton Head Island provides an ideal setting for relaxation. There are plenty of boutiques, galleries, waterfront restaurants, entertainment venues and water sport activities in nearby Harbour Town and South Beach to keep guests busy during their stay. Set on 5,200 wooded acres, the resort features a deeply shaded forest preserve, marshes swept by sea breezes for bird watching and boundless recreational opportunities. A famous lighthouse resides at the Sea Pines, forming a visual centerpiece. Hotel Features. Recreation abounds at the Sea Pines. Everything from golf, tennis, nature walks and fishing to horseback riding, water sports, eco tours and dolphin watch cruises. Guests check in at the Welcome Center, which contains a business center with a computer providing complimentary high speed Internet access. A conference center in Harbour Town is available for guest use, and there are two independently operated health and beauty spas within the resort. There are a wide variety of children's and teen activities, from scavenger hunts to arts and crafts. Teens can also enjoy kayak tours, poolside movie parties and adventure boat trips to nearby islands. There are two outdoor pools, a bar/lounge, gift shops and dry cleaning service.
Guestrooms. The resort offers one , two and three bedroom villas with varying decor and furnishings. All villas include full kitchens with ranges, microwaves, coffee/tea makers, dishwashers and cookware. TVs include premium cable channels.
Expert Tip. The Acme Cantina is rumored to be one of the oldest buildings on the island and is home to a fabulous array of specialty meals and drinks.
