Location. The Marriott Maui Ocean Club is located on Lahaina's Kaanapali Beach in Maui, Hawaii. This hotel lies adjacent to the championship Kaanapali South golf course and is one half mile from the Sugar Cane Train and less than one mile from Whalers Village shops and restaurants. Historical downtown Lahaina is three and one half miles from the hotel.

Within this resort lies a three and one half acre outdoor pool oasis featuring waterslides, swim through grottoes, cascading waterfalls, a children's pool and two spa tubs. In the beach area, the resort provides a selection of beach rental equipment. The Marriott Maui Ocean Club features the Kaanapali Kids Program and offers weekday activities for children. Polynesian dancers perform at the hotel's Hawaiian luau most evenings for a fee. Five on site dining establishments offer eclectic fare ranging from grilled Hawaiian seafood delicacies to northern Italian culinary creations.
Guestrooms. The 442 guestrooms at the Marriott Maui Ocean Club are distributed between a three story building and two nine story wings. Rooms are decorated in bright, tropical hues and provide private balconies offering garden, mountain or ocean views. Rooms include cable television, DVD players, and high speed wired and wireless Internet access. In room safes are provided. Kitchenettes include dishwashers, microwave ovens, toasters and refrigerators.
Expert Tip. The Sugar Cane Train on the Lahaina Kaanapali and Pacific Railroad is located one half mile from the Marriott Maui Ocean Club. The steam locomotive takes guests across six miles, while a narrator discusses points of interest. The train crosses a 325 foot curved wooden trestle providing panoramic views of neighboring islands and the West Maui Mountains.
