Location. Less than one mile from the Whistler/Blackcomb ski lifts, ResortQuest Rentals at Marketplace Lodge is located within Whistler Village North in British Columbia, Canada. Whistler's "pedestrian only" Town Plaza, less than one half mile from the property, features a variety of galleries, restaurants and entertainment venues. Considered by many to be the embodiment of winter sports, Whistler is brimming with numerous activities year round. The town of Whistler offers complimentary shuttle service throughout the main village area and to area ski lifts, and connects to public bus lines which offer service to nearby communities such as the Benchlands, Upper Village and Whistler Creek.
Features. Amenities at the lodge include a spa tub, laundry facilities and a video library. Concierge services and safe deposit boxes are located at the front desk at Stony Creek North Star, where guests must check in, and the helpful staff will assist with tour planning.
Guestrooms. Select one bedroom suites feature balconies with views of the village or the mountains. Gas fireplaces and wood furniture add to the rustic aura of the units. All suites feature kitchens with two sinks, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers and ranges. Additional amenities include dial up Internet access, cable television and VCRs. Linens and bath towels are provided in all units. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. For stays of five nights or longer, touch up cleaning and linen change is included once every four days. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee.
Expert Tip. Locals know that Dusty's Bar & BBQ is the happening place to be. This village tradition serves great food, and features live music and an original gondola converted into a DJ booth.
