Location. Overlooking Narragansett Bay, less than one half mile from shopping and dining in Jamestown, R.I. Historic Newport is just across the bay, five miles from the property. Area attractions including the Newport Art Museum and the International Tennis Hall of Fame, both within one mile of the property. Spring Street, the main thoroughfare of the Historic Hill district is also less than one mile from the property. The district is home to the "cottages," summer mansions constructed by the extremely wealthy during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
